Q: How do you ensure environmentally friendly materials are being used?
A: From the beginning, we talk with our business partners about the whole product process. Honestly, making everything 100% sustainable isn’t easy because supply chains aren’t there yet. We have to test a lot of materials to see if we can replace them with better options. In the end, we want our customers to enjoy our products without spending too much. It’s all about finding the right balance. We focus on using materials that are either fresh and definitely recyclable (no plastics) or already recycled and certified.
Q: Do you always support environmental & social projects?
A:Even before starting “drop,” we were already involved in social and environmental projects and invested in them. We want to make sure that at least 15% of our sales go into these projects, balancing both environmental and social benefits.
